CEP (Cognitive · Emotional · Physical)
CEP represents three core domains of your current state:
- Cognitive (C) — mental clarity, focus, mental noise
- Emotional (E) — emotional tone, intensity, openness
- Physical (P) — body tension, fatigue, physical presence
Move the sliders to reflect how you feel right now, not how you think you should feel.
Energy & Zone
Energy reflects your current overall capacity.
Zone (Green / Orange / Red) shows how regulated your system is at the moment — stable, under load, or overloaded.
Zones are not judgments. They simply help the system choose the most supportive type of intervention.
Get Exercise
Tap Get Exercise to receive a regulation exercise based on your CEP input.
You then choose:
- how to enter (body, emotions, or cognition)
- how long you want the exercise to last
The exercise adapts to your current state, not the other way around.
Scenarios
If it's easier to start from a situation than from an internal state, Scenarios let you choose a real-life context, for example:
- feeling tense or scattered after a demanding day
- having many tasks but no clear starting point
- feeling energized, creative, and ready to channel momentum
